About

The purpose of this project was to understand common pain points from a range of key life event journeys, as well as identify opportunities to resolve them. This occurred over 14 weeks, conducting interviews across agencies, synthesising insights and communicating these findings and recommendations over a series of ecosystem maps and solution hypotheses.
